large family group and getting around in Poland

We are traveling with 10 family members and debating whether it is better to take the train from Warsaw to Krakow, or whether to hire a private car (van?) thru a travel agent. We can't seem to agree! Cost, convenience and luggage are all concerns. Bullet train? or second class? Any advice is appreciated!

For the second time,it is better and cheaper to take the train and not drive, or, use a TA to rent a van and a driver.
There are "ICE" trains in Poland between Warsaw and Krakow; it will take 5 hours (28minutes on autobahn) and about the same time on the train. The cost for 1st class is 185Pl(about $60 each vs $21 for 2 nd class). Again, go to polrail.com for the train or go to expedia.uk.co to rent vans or the TA to get the driver with van. The cheapest and most worry-free method is the train.
