Korcula to Dubrovnik, Peljesac Peninsula

Hi1 I'm traveling to Croatia in October. I would like to see some of the wineries on the Peljesac Peninsula on the way from Korcula to Dubrovnik. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this without a car?? Thanks!

Rob, I can't tell from looking at your two posts if you'd be willing to hire a private guide to take you from Korcula to Dubrovnik, stopping at wineries along the way. Clearly, it's more expensive than the bus, and I can't speak to whether or not bus routes exist. However, I can tell you that I am currently in Dubrovnik and that yesterday we used guide Petar Vlasic (google him at Dubrovnik Riviera Tours) to take us to Mostar and that tomorrow he will take us to Montenegro. He is an excellent guide and, in listening to him yesterday, he does plenty of coastal transfers and also lots of winery tours. I don't know what he'd charge you, but he would definitely pick you up in Korcula, drive you to a few wineries and drop you off in Dubrovnik.

You might also do some searching regarding Ston. It is about halfway between Korcula and Dubrovnik, right where the peninsula connects to the mainland. There may be some tour groups located there, having the advantage of being located closer to the vineyards, using Ston as a base for a night or two. Ston also has a few things to see plus a local Oyster and Mussel industry.
