Greetings! My husband and I are interested in joining a gullet cruise. Do not want to rent a cabin but would like to join an established group Spring of 2014(hoping for May 2014). We are in our mid 50's and adventurous. Any friendly, fun Groups out there need a cabin filled?

Given that it's mid-May, you're going to have a hard time finding something for this month. I also would suspect that any group that has already chartered a gullet would have pre-arranged how many people were going to be on the boat and may have chartered one with just enough capacity. We did a cabin rental and really enjoyed our gullet cruise. While onboard, there were times we had to vote to make decisions - whether to spend a night anchored or plugged in at a port. Did we want to go to Cleopatra's Island? If the majority voted one way, everyone had to go along. I would think if you were two that were on the outskirts of a group that already knew each other before boarding, you are likely just going to have to follow what the group wants.
