Itinerary tips for 1 week solo travel in Eastern Europe

I am single, 27, and have 1 week to travel from Napoli on the morning of June 16 to Vienna on the afternoon of June 22. Having already explored much of Italy, the Alps, and Bavaria, I would like to experience Eastern Europe for the first time. How should I best spend my time (and money) during this week of solo travel in Eastern Europe?

One week is not that much but you can do Prague and Budapest. There are direct trains between Vienna and Prague and between Prague and Budapest.
