Does anyone know of a good tour company in Isreal. Looking for 11-14 day tour that would enclude meals, hotels and tours.

I have a feeling you're going to get more answers on the Israel (not Isreal) forum of Tripadvisors.com, the participants of this forum are pretty much focused on Europe travel. Maybe you'll get some answers here, but I still suggest the Israel forum of Tripadvisors.com, over there they don't focus just on Europe travel.

I would highly recommend Friendly Planet. I went on a 12 tour with them and they were excellent!
All their Guides are Israeli and speak english very well. The Guide and driver we had were ex Isreali military. So you are in very safe hands.
The hotels and food were excellent. You will note on the site that the hotels are listed. You can google them and see what they are like. I do not know how they made a profit off our tour...perhaps the Israeli Tourisim Bureau compensates them.
You will not be disappointed.
