I did the site search, but it mostly turned up posts that were several years old.

Up in the right hand corner is a search box, and if you search for "search" you may find a post by a regular on how to use Google to search this board.

Hi Lisa, you can google the helpline buy typing in your search terms on google, then typing site:www.ricksteves.com/graffiti/helpline
Lots of posts come up, but you can try to narrow it with keywords. hope that helps!
