Hi fellow travelers! Will be traveling in Croatia and Slovenia this summer and would prefer to not deal with cell phones if possible.... for those of you that have recently been to these countries, are international phone cards easily available and can they be used from most hotels? Are there public phones available to use? Am assuming that internet cafes are abundant? Thanks,
