I am planning a week long trip to Greece (centered around Athens) with a group of my students (college age). I would love to have us participate in some activities, i.e. Greek dancing lessons, cooking classes, etc. that would give them some insight into Greek culture. Any suggestions? I would also love recommendations of any amazing day trips from Athens. Thanks!

There are some classic day trips from Athens. When I was there we did a trip to Delphi, a trip to Mycenae, and, I think one to Corinth. All of these were with formal bus tours.
