Do ferries run from Dubrovnik to Korkula, Hvar, and Split
after Oct. 1st?

I think you'll find there are not as many ferries (and quite possibly none to Dubrovnik). Split serves a number of islands that need the transportation. The bus should still be going to Dubrovnik. Enjoy.
