Hydra

Hi, our family is planning a vacation to Greece next summer. We will fly into Athens and wanted to take a boat to Hydra. I have been scouting rentals on the island over the internet and have found two sites: prettygreekvillas.com & hydraislandgreece.com. There are a couple of villas in ourr price range, but I was wondering if anyone has experience with these or other agents for rentals in Hydra? I can't beleive their aren't more than 4-5 vacation houses available for rent in my price range on Hydra. Also, is there a way to check on the reputation of these agents? Reading their policies, it sounds like they want a lot of money upfront. I'm worried that Is end all this money and get there and there is no villa. Thanks, Ricardo
