Hvar Town apartments

Hello! My wife and I are spending our honeymoon in Dubrovnik for four nights the second weekend of August and we're hoping to tack on two nights in Hvar Town before we head north. Can anyone suggest a great place to stay? We're interested in private accommodation, would really like a nice view and balcony and close proximity (short walk) to town. Also, when we leave Hvar we will need to stay the next night in either Pula or Rovinj. Any suggestions on relaxing places to stay close to either port? Thank you for your suggestions!

That is very helpful, Steve. Thank you. We are still trying to figure out the best route to get to Rovinj on time to catch a morning ferry to Venice. We have three nights after we leave Dubrovnik, the third will need to be in Rovinj (or Pula). We are renting a car to get there. It may be difficult to stay on any island, given our tight schedule, but we will surely consider Korkula. Thank you!
