Two options. Bus or taxi. Easiest would be taxi about 30 minutes to Ephesus. There is a small bus, 1 E three years ago. Bus depot towards the center of town. Get direction from the TI at the dock. Buses are frequently - five or six an hour. You want to go to the top of Ephesus so that you walk down hill. Lots of tour guides at the top.
