Have you used Hoteltravel.com? Their hotel rates are lower than other sites, but are they honest and reputable?
Any other good sites for good rates at hotels? I want to stay at the SULTANHAN HOTEL in Istanbul (5 star hotel)

I've never booked through that site. However, I write to suggest that you be sure to check the hotel's own website before you book. Often in Istanbul, if you are staying at least three nights, you can get free car service from the airport to your hotel, a free dinner, and/or a 7% discount for paying cash at either check-in or check-out. Taking advantage of all of these really reduced the price of our stay on the top-rated hotel on the tripadvisor website.

I have exact question you had. Hoteltravel.com had such a low price for Sultanhan Hotel I felt leary. Did you us hoteltravel? Did you stay at Sultanhan? How were they.
