Any suggestions for places to stay in Prague for 3-4 nights?

This summer I stayed at the Clarion Hotel Prague City on Tylovo Square and it was really good - bright and comfy room, tea & coffee making facilities, large bathroom, buffet breakfast, and it's near two metro stations. Special rates are offered on its website. I'd definitely recommend it.

The Golden Well in Prague is #1 on tripadvisor.com's 2011 list of "Best Hotels in the World" by traveler's choices. We've stayed there, and it's fantastic. http://www.goldenwell.cz/

I stayed at the Capitol Apartments in Wenceslas Square. Would definitely go back.

Let me cast a vote for the Hotel Hastal. It's RS-recommended, in the heart of Old Town, just blocks from everything, clean, efficient, a bargain and provides a free breakfast. My wife and I stayed there for a couple of nights in June.
