Anyone have hotel recommendations? We're trying to keep it under 100 euro a night for my wife and I.
We've been looking at Kronos Hotel in Heraklion, but that's it so far.

Room rates vary depending on which month you'll be there. That would have been helpful information.
For Santorini check Hotel Mylos, Hotel Keti, Blue Dolphins Apartments, Aspa Villas, Delfini Hotel, Stelios Rooms and Thea Studios.

In Santorini, we are staying at Hotel Aqua Vatos (on the beach in Kamari)for 80 Euros/night beginning Sep 28. They are highly rated in TripAdvisor...

El Greco in Heraklion is central and fine. Nothing special but perfectly adequate and with a good breakfast. Around 80 euros for a double in September.
