Have any of you stayed here before? Is there laundry facilities?

No, when I was in Krakow in July 2001, I stayed at the Hotel Europejski just left of the train station as you exit. You can also see the Polonia as you step out of the station, probably a ten minute walk straight ahead. Polonia is a big establishment...my guess is that laundry facilites would be available, but I don't know for sure. In 2001 it was more expensive than Europejski.
