My wife and I are looking at confirming reservations and curious if anyone has feedback, good/bad/indifferent? Appreciate the help!

Jason - I'm assuming you mean Hotel Hera in Athens (there are other places with a Hotel Hera)... It is a nice hotel in a very convenient location.
The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. The staff was very nice. They let us check in at 9am as our room was ready. They even packed a to-go breakfast for us when we had to depart well before breakfast hour.
It was only a couple of minutes wak to the metro and the New Acropolis museum. Another five minutes walk and you are at the base of the Acropolis. We also walked to and from the Plaka and the neighborhood seemed safe coming back late at night.
