Any recommendations for inexpensive accommodations in Prague for 2-3 nights for 4 people? If an apartment, we would like 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. We probably will arrive my rental car so would need to have parking. Would not be opposed to being a little out of city as long as close to public transportation.

You can find hotels and apartments on this website: http://www.pragueexperience.com From personal experience I can recommend Hattrick Pension. Very reasonable price and secure parking. Bus which takes you to the subway stops right in front of the pension (on the other side of the street. Check the website: http://www.pensionhattrick.cz

If you are looking for apartments in Prague, try to look at the Prague Holiday http://www.pragueholiday.cz/apartments.html
They rent their own apartments and offer good value accommodation.
I do not agree with the Hattrick pension as it is far from the city center.
