Hostel in Old CIty Istanbul for Families

We would like to try hostels for the first time during our 1 night stay at the end of our vacation in Istanbul (have 3 days planned in Istanbul on the front end of our vacation in a B&B ). Some of the hostels I have looked at require min age of 18. Does anyone have a hostel they have stayed in with young kids (pre teens) that are worthy of a recommendation? Thank you!

No help for a place, but look into what the '18' means. I've seen a sign any number of times, but found kids with parents all over the place. One clue might be if they offer family rooms, some do.
