Help with Honeymoon Itinerary in Croatia

Hi, My fiance and I will be spending 14 nights in Croatia in September for our honeymoon. I would love any suggestions for our itinerary.

Here's what I have so far: 6 nights Dubrovnik (with day trips to Mostar, Montenegro), 3 nights in Hvar or Korcula, 2 nights in Split or Trogir, 2 nights at Plitvice Lakes, 1 night Zagreb and then fly out of Zagreb

Am I missing anything critical on our first trip to Croatia? Should I remove a night in Split and go to Hvar for 2 nts, Korcula for 2 nts? Any input is appreciated!

I was in Croatia last summer and had a fabulous time and I thought my intinerary worked very well.

-Arrived in Dubrovnink 3 nights

-Bussed to Split to catch Ferry to Vis: spent 3 nights in Vis

-Caught Ferry to Brac and spent 3 nights in Brac

Caught Ferry back to Split and spent 3 nights in split

-Rented car and drove to Plitvice- Spent one night in Plitvice

Drove to Zagreb and spent 2 nights in Zagreb and flew out.

We had such a wonderful trip, but i would probably have spent one less night in split and Zagreb. It looks like you have it right.

I loved the islands and the 3 nights were perfect on both because of the traveling on the book end days that you are there. It was so low key and laid back. I never felt rushed and thought I saw a lot of great sites.

I love the fact you are going to Mostar and Montenegro. Your itinerary lokks great.
