I love traveling with Rick Steves (RS) tour groups but now want to explore places in Eastern Europe like Lithuania, Latvia, and Ukraine where no RS tours are offered. Is anyone familiar with other tours that go to these countries and attract RS-type guides and travelers? Thanks for your help!
