My sister would like to take a group tour to Medjugorje and is having a hard time deciding on what group to go with. Does anyone have any experience with a reputable company? She'd like to go with someone who keeps some of the cost of the tour with the locals is possible. Thanks for any feedback/advice!

If you are going to be in Sarajevo (for example), just stop by their tourist office. They'll set you up with a tour with locals on a minibus. I took a tour of Sarajevo that way - the guide was a local and had personal experience with the siege of the city in the mid '90s which had a profound effect on the population.

Hi, I went there with AMICO tours but we had more than one stop on the 1 day tour...so I am not sure if you are interested in that...but look them up. I had a very good experience with this company! I took the tour from Dubrovnik. Good luck and bon voyage!
