Greek Cruise stops

First trip to Europe and we're including a cruise. We love cruising, hate shore excursion trips. Any suggestions for the following stops:

Wednesday – Santorini Greece – arrive 8:00, depart 13:00
Wednesday – Mykonos Greece – arrive 18:00, depart 23:00
Thursday – Athens Greece – arrive 8:00, depart 14:00
Friday – Corfu Greece – arrive 12:00, depart 19:00

Santorini: Get to Oia as fast as you can, wander around in the most beautiful and timeless village on the island. Make your way back to Fira for lunch overlooking the caldera at Sphinx.

I don't have any recommendations on places to go, but if you're going to Corfu, you should look into Jerry Durrell's book. One is My Family and Other Animals. He's Lawrence Durrell's younger brother and the books are about the family's time on Corfu before WWII. They are very funny. Also, Mary Stewart's This Rough Magic is based on Corfu and is lovely story. I wish I could recommend some sites, but we were students when we were there and it was about the beach and zooming around on rented mopeds. We stayed in the youth hostel which is just outside of Corfu town and played pinochle. Have fun!

Lee or anyone familiar with Santorini, our cruise stop will only be from 6 -11 AM. Do we have time to get to Oia and back?

If so, how do we do it? ex. bus, etc.

Will we need to carry water with us?

You'll have time for a quick visit if you take a taxi, for about 12 euro. You can pick up water at any minimarket in every village.
