Can anyone be more specific about the various options on the ferries? What is business table? Is there a comfortable seat or is it like I'm picturing a table and chairs? What is an air seat? Are any of the lounges non-smoking? Has anyone bought tickets over the Internet from Paleologos? Other agencies? Thanks.

I haven't heard of a "business table" so I couldn't comment on that. The air seats are airline-style seats, but with better padding and legroom. We had non-smoking lounges. We used Paleologos and had no problems. In fact, they called my wife's cell phone, from Crete, due to a mixup in how we were going to pick up our tickets. I would use them again.
