Greece ferry schedules for fall

I am having one heck of a time finding just a basic schedule for ferries operating in October. On line will allow me to search by date, but I need to know on what days ferry travel is possible from Mykonos to Naxos to Santorini - or any other configuration of these three islands - and then back to Athens. I had a travel agent book the Athens to Mykonos ferry with a couple of nights lodging but we were hoping to be a bit more foot loose and fancy free after that initial booking.
Thanks for any advise you can give me. Sara

Because October is the transition month between summer and winter seasons, ferry schedules will be changing then, making advance planning difficult. Once you're on Mykonos you'll be able to determine what your options are. This schedule for the FlyingCat 4, which is the direct ferry between Mykonos and Santorini, is only good until October 11. After that it's anyone's guess.

Be advised that there's a conventional daily car ferry between Santorini and Athens/Piraeus that you can count on, operated by the Blue Star Ferry company. It stops at Naxos on the way back to Athens. www.bluestarferries.com
