After two days in Athens, we are considering a 6 day sailing trip of the Saronic Islands. Are we nuts? Is -too cold for sailing? Would we better off staying on the mainland Nafplio area? Or using that 6 days and go to Crete? We only have 8 days starting April 3rd.

Do you mean sailing as in a beach holiday, with jumping off the boat for swims, etc.. then yes.. too cold.
I live on the west coast of Canada and we sail all year long, and it can be colder then 50 degress, LOL
Depends on what you are expecting. Sitting on deck suntanning, or bracing fun whipping through the water..
