After doing a bit of research, I found this on the DB site: I can go from Prague's main train station to Vienna - Meilding station for 15 euros, but I cannot book on-line. I used the Travel Service page - using Praha hl.n. & Wein Meilding: https://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query2.exe/en?protocol=https:&rt=1& Does anyone know if this is correct? I also found the bus for 18 euros on the Czech Transport page: http://czech-transport.com/index.php?id=344 Has anyone used either of these methods for going from Prague to Vienna? Thank you,

Unless the train originates or ends in Germany you cannot buy the ticket on Deutsche Bahn website which is your case. I am not sure if you can book Student Agency bus from the US. If not send them email for advice. Usually I buy ticket when I come to Prague and didn't have problem with it yet.

I am okay with purchasing the ticket in Prague, I'm just wondering if I'm reading the price correctly. It seems strange that the bus would be more than the train.
