Getting from Belgrade to Dubrovnik

Does anyone know if the Eurail Select Pass Saver allows you to get from Belgrade to Dubrovnik? Seems to stop in southern Montenegro and then I would guess a ferry would be necessary from there. Any suggestions? Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia are all included countries, I do know that. Thanks
