I don't have any experience with Getours, but for comparison you might also have a look at Rick's tours. They're excellent!

I traveled with GET a couple of years ago and had a great trip to England & Scotland with them. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a guided tour.
Most mornings we went sightseeing with the group and then had the afternoons free to ourselves. I really liked this as my husband and I felt we got to see so much and learn more than we would have on our own during the guided parts, but then we could explore on our own too and not be stuck with the group the entire time.
I am hoping to get to travel with them again next year. If you have any questions I would be happy to help!
