I've found flights from Rome to Dubrovnik on Croatian Airlines and JAT Airlines. Any counsel or feedback about those airlines?

Croatian is a normal airline - they are a part of Star alliance with United, Lufthansa, Singapore, Swiss, etc. I have flown them a couple of time - no issues. Haven't flown JAT

Check out Europe By Air You can get a $99 flight from Rome to Dubrovnik. I also have flown Croatian Air - very good - The amazing thing was, we had a quick early morning flight for something like $39 and I am not sure if the plane was ever level (it was either taking off or landing), but they came though and served breakfast and tea.
