My husband and I will be arriving at the Athens airport in late June. It will be in the very early morning. What is the easiest and quickiest way to get to Mykonos.Is there buses or transit to the ports? Thanks

The easiest and quickest way is to fly on either Olympic, Aegean or Athens Airways (look at their websites). Right now you might be able to catch a 4 euro (+ taxes) promo fare from Aegean.
From the airport you can also take the express bus to the port of Rafina to catch a highspeed ferry to Mykonos. It's a lot faster than taking one from Piraeus. There is also an express bus from the airport to Piraeus.
