Family of 5 cruising to Corfu, Mykonos, Santorini and Katalon

Help! We are taking our 11, 14, and 16-year old kids on a cruise with stops in Corfu, Mykonos, Santorini, and Katalon. Should we use pre-arranged cruise day tours or 'wing it' on shore? Can anyone suggest specific 'must sees'? Thanks!

Base your decisions on what's offered at each port. Time is a major factor as well. The shorter the stop the more welcome the cruise tour will be.
