I am trying to find a special elastic that a friend of a friend found in Budapest. Does anyone know of any way to find a listing of fabric stores in that city? Is there a fabric 'district'?

Sharon in Denver how kind of you. I feel a little sheepish as my question doesn't seem like the proper kind of question for this forum, but I'd thought I'd give it a try. The elastic is black, 3" wide and embedded with rhinestones. Here is a photobucket link to what it looks like, if that's OK.
