You would need to contact the agency you bought the ticket from and ask. You may be OK though, Usually, Luxemburg, Belgium, and Holland are handled as a single country, often abbreviated as BeNeLux, which is maybe something you should ask when you contact them. The guide they send with the pass may answer that question as well.

I agree with Paul - BeNeLux is BeNeLux...from what I've (briefly) looked at...but DO contact the pass issuer. What company did you purchase from? Rick Steves/Rail Europe only give you the option of choosing 'Benelux'...

Thanks so much, checked my passport, and found it to say Benelux so that is great. I did not know that those countries were grouped together. CM One other thing, when you have 5 days and 4 countries, exactly how many times can you get on and off the train. My understanding is as many times in a country in a 24 hour period, but where does the 5th day come in.

exactly how many times can you get on and off the train If you have an active pass day on a 4 country pass, and you have bought any required reservation fees (extra with a pass, included with P2P - have a search around here, lots of discussion recently), you can get on and off as often as you like in as many of your purchased counties, on as many various trains as you wish. Although you mention Luxembourg and Belgium you posted this question in the "East". Although I don't know which countries you have, for the purpose of the illustration I will assume you have the 4 countries of Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerland. So, on a validated pass day you could get on a train in Milan, head up to Zurich, head to the Rhine Falls, cross into Germany, then to Innsbruck, and back to Verona (if the clock is allowed to slow down) in the one day, and repeat it for the entire 5 days. Or you could do the whole trip in one trip spread over the 5 days or less. Or you could just ride back and forth between Venice and Verona calling Padova, and Vicenza all day long and never leave Italy. Your choice....

Okay, so I can ride for any 5 days with my flex pass 1st class in any of the 4 countries that I am in any time of the day, any country during a 24 hour period using this as one day. I could do 4 countries in one day or 2 countries in one day. For instance I plan to go to Cinque Terra from Rome then to Florence then to Switzerland. The only thing that I have to do is each day that I use counts as one day on my pass, so each time I ride the train during one day or 24 hours that counts as one day whether I travel in 1,2,3 or 4 countries that is on my pass. Is that correct? Also, I just need to be sure that if I need reservations, that I make them ahead of time, and a slight fee is involved depending on the distance.

24 hours that counts as one day Nearly. Days are calendar days not 24 hour days from when you first get on a train. The only exception is the 7pm rule on overnight trains.
