I am considering driving from Krakow Poland to Dresden in Germany on major highways. I have driving in the past in western europe with no problems. How is Poland? What abour train for same trip? How clean safe etc?

i drove in polen in 2003 and the roads had improved from what friends had told me when they traveld in the 60 and 80 but still. my spine wanted to check out of my car very bumpy ride, signs in 03 where all in polisch no transaltion and sometimes no sign at all
i drove from dresden to krakow and had maps but most of the time i was just going forward and hoping i was on the right track
gas station are all over the place it was safe for a single female to drive around
have fun oh give yourself time for the borders an dstop in bautzen outside dresden nice town nice hotels up on the hill
