Driving from Kotor to Mostar

Does anyone have a good car driving route from Kotor to Mostar? I wanted to drive via the mountains (for example via Cetinje). Rick Steve's drove this direction, but I'm not sure what would be the most scenic. I leave in 6 days...any ideas? Thanks
