I'm pretty sure it doesn't exist. The closest flight would be from Izmir to Istanbul. Take the ferry from Samos across to Kusadasi and hop on a bus to Izmir.

I've spent alot of time looking for a direct flight to Istanbul from any of the Greek Islands and I have to agree that there doesn't seem to be any such thing. All flights seem to route through Athens or Thessaloniki. And of course no ferries seem to go there either. If anyone knows of such a thing - direct ferry or flight to Istanbul - I would appreciate learning of it as well!

In past years Atlas Jet has offered a direct flight from Istanbul to Mykonos during the summer months. You can check their website but I doubt that anything will show so early. Perhaps you can send them an email to ask if they will be offering this service in 2009.
