day trip from Dubrovnik...Mostar or Montenegro??

We found the Bay of Kotor and the coastline of Montenegro to be jaw-dropping beautiful, one of the prettiest places we've ever seen. Mountains come up seemingly right out of the water at the Bay of Kotor, like a Norwegian fjord. We've not been to Mostar but can't imagine it could be anywhere near as spectacular.

Have been to Montenegro (day trip from Dubrovnik) and Mostar (overnight). I really enjoyed Mostar but think Montenegro is the better day trip. The scenery is better (lake, mountains, etc) and the stops are all interesting. While Mostar itself is interesting, the bus ride there isn't all that scenic. I booked an all-day trip to Montenegro through Atlas Tours and thought it was a good value.
