I will be in Prague and was thinking of seeing a show at either the Estates Theater or the States Theater. Is this is worthwhile thing to do while in Prague? If so, what is the appropriate dress attire? Thanks everyone.

If you like opera and concert it will be worth it. Attire for these theatres are at least somewhat formal.

We attended concerts while touring and the opera in Budapest. We were very happy that we did. The quality of the performance for the price we paid was excellent. The locals do dress formally for these shows. Many of the performances are sold out by subscription but tickets become available when the owners can't attend etc. All you can do is wear the most appropriate clothes that you have - in our case it was khaki pants, a nice sport shirt, and a sweater over that. A lightweight black sweater is a big help. Enjoy.
