We are renting a car from Vero in Dubrovnik and will be driving into Bosnia Hertzegovina to Mostar. It appears that there are no restrictions in entering Bosnia Hertzegovina with a rental car from that company. Hertz did have some restrictions. Has anybody had problems driving from Dubrovnik to Mostar with a rental car?
