Croatia, Prague, Finland, Sweden, Norway

You are all over map of Europe. Logistics and price of your transportation will be enormous. Amount of time is too short. Maybe you have time to do some Scandinavia or do Prague, Czech Rep., Slovakia or Croatia, Slovenia. IMHO your mix is almost lethal.

I have to agree that trying to do those locations in your timeframe will be very difficult. Although I prefer not to try to do so many different locations, in such a short time, sometimes I just want to go on what I call a "sampler" knowing that I will sacrifice some time to transportation. It sounds like you want to take an organized tour. You "might" be able to string two tours together and see all of these. It would most likely involve one tour to Finland, Sweden and Norway and a second to Croatia and Prague (although the latter two cities are pretty far apart). I did find something called bus2alps that is a bus tour from Prague to Croatia and takes 13 hours. If you really want to see if you can string these particular locations together, I think I would try AAA travel services.

Just to clarify Kathy's comment: Croatia is a country, not a city. Former Yugoslavia disintegrated into 6 (later 7) countries. One of them is Croatia. Prague is indeed a city, capital of the Czech Republic which was born (the republic) on January 1st 1993 when former Czechoslovakia disintegrated into Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Actually - Kathy is correct in what she says - Bus2Alps offers a 4 day tour that departs from the City of Prague and goes to several locations in the Country of Croatia. Anyway, Kathy - thanks for the referral - I'd never heard of this agency - looks like they specialize in short tours for exchange students.

I think I was misunderstood. We are trying to go to Prague and Croatia. We were wondering if there was any place in between that we should go see. We only have two weeks to play with. Does Rick Steeves have any tours like that? Thanks

Yes, I did mistype regarding cities. Lol. I was still trying to find something to string two different 7 day tours together that would cover both regions that the OP stated she would like to visit. Even though most of us would not recommend doing such a thing, some people might. I suggested AAA because I thought they might have 2 seven day tours rather than a 14 day covering just part of what she wanted to see.
