Do i need to book places to stay, ferries, ect before we go? Or can we book when we get there? we are traveling at the end of April. Thanks!!! :)

(Caveat: my experience is limited to Split, nearby islands, and southern coastline). It depends where you are going and how much of a pre-trip planner you are - Croatia has a large availability of affordable room rentals directly from owners (who are always there as you get off a ferry, for example) so you can totally play it by ear if that appeals to you. You definitely don't need to book ferries until you get there (I assume you're talking just about passengers, not taking a car on a ferry) - it's even a bit difficult to figure out some ferry schedules from home.
