How do I contact Oia Waves Studios directly? All I can find are booking agencies which are posting higher prices.

On this TripAdvisor web page you will find a box in the upper right corner where you can "EMAIL OWNER". http://tinyurl.com/7v6euee But don't be surprised if you are told that all bookings go through those agencies you've already found. Some accomodation providers prefer that approach.
