Coatia Islands on a whim

Hi, we're in Bari and thinking of going to Croatia. We would love to go in and out of the Islands on the Coast,
We would want to return to Italy at Ancona. I'm thinking 3 to 5 days. I would appreciate suggestions on route, stop overs. Thank you
