I suppose I need to phrase this in the form of a question in order to be compliant with Helpline rules, so here goes: Has anyone here ever thought of visiting Prague to experience a bit of Alphonse Mucha only to realize you're broke and can't make it to Europe this year? If so and if you're in driving distance of Cedar Rapids, IA, go see the new Alphonse Mucha exhibition at the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library, in Cedar Rapids, IA beginning July 14 and running through the end of 2012. There will be over 230 of his most rare works there...first time in Midwest and first time in USA since 1999. Maybe it will inspire you to come up with the cash to still make it to Prague this year.

And folks could visit Czech Village while they are there which have events through out the year.

To answer your 'question'... I was in Prague last year and did not get enough of Mucha... so I think I will make it to see the most amazing work of one of my favorite artists. Thanks for the info.
