Does any one know how long it takes to go from Patras to Nafplio by bus?

As far as I know there is no way to do this direct. You'll need to change at Corinth.
I would estimate something like two hours from Patras to Corinth, although it may now be shorter. They've extended the motorway since I last did this.
It's then about an hour and a quarter down to Nafplio.
Buses run from Athens, via Corinth, to Nafplio more or less every hour during the day.
