We are coming from Venice to Villach on the bus and then taking the train from Villach to Bled/Lesce. Are these two stations bus/train in the same location or close to each other in Villach or do you need to get from one to the other by some kind of transport?

The bus arrives in Villach at the train station. You just need to cross a street and you are there. It is a very easy connection.
