Bosphorus Sights Question

I will be doing the Bosphorus ferry trip on my trip to Istanbul in a few weeks, and have a couple of questions.

I plan on taking the 10:30 ferry (the first one I think) north and return to Istanbul by bus in order to see a few sights. I had the Sadberk Hanim Museum, the Rumeli Fortress, and the Dolmabahce Palace in mind, and realize that I may not have enough time for all. Which would you do if you had to pick one or two? Is Anadolu Kavagi the best stop to get off or is Rumeli Kavagi or Sariyer better?

Thanks.

Did the cruise in march all the way to Anadolu Kavagi, and back. Did not get off the boat until Anadolu Kavagi, and can not comment on other sites or routes, or what we might have missed. However, found the trip to be a great break from the other sites in Istanbul, and really enjoyed the views all the way out to A. K. A.K. is just a small fishing village, with a number of restaurants offering fresh fish, but it is right next to the black sea. I doubt that we will have the chance to be in that part of the world again and am glad we made it out there. Had a nice laid back lunch there, and arrived back in time for a quick run through the spice market the grand bazaar, and the fast paced action of Istanbul. An interesting day.
