Anyone have recent experience crossing these borders? We'll be driving a car and wondering if we should expect any delays? Thanks!

All three countries are in the Schengen zone, so there are no border controls between them. Nor will there be border controls if you're entering from Poland, also a Schengen country. But if you're entering from Russia or Belarus, there will be border controls. If this is your situation, you should check the websites of the relevant embassies to see the documents they'll require at the border.
