We like to combine tours with independent travel when we're in Europe. I'm wondering about doing both the Best of Turkey tour and the Village Turkey tour on one trip with time on our own in between. There is some overlap on the west coast, but not a lot. We've never been to Turkey and this seems like a good way to see much the country, but I'd so appreciate any thoughts or suggestions others might have. Thanks!

Sounds great! I would love to do the same. Unfortunately for me, I can't go until July (I'm a teacher), so they aren't offered consecutively for me (i.e., no August tours). If you can do it time-wise and money-wise, why not go for it!! ENJOY!!!

We took the Best of Turkey Tour and are thinking of going back for the Village tour.
Many members on the Best of Tour went on to take the Best of Greece tour. Its an easy jaunt from our last stop in Kusadasi. This may be another option for you.
